Good composition. would have liked more eyecontact and a tad more sharpness...

Aditya,
A slight head turn towards you would have increased the eye contact and would have made it pleasing. I would prefer a natural perch. Are you handholding or using monopod?

Nice perch. The light on the eye is good. A higher aperture would have helped to get a more clearer BG.
