The catchlight is nice... seems this is a big crop due to detail loss and the noise...

Bibhav the crop is 40% or so do you think i should reduce it?

What i meant to say is that the noise is visible at this crop... So i thought it was a big crop... :)

Also, see if this image was underexposed to start with. There is loss of quality. The reason is not primarily due to crop. It is because this image has a bird with the sky in the background. In this case the bird is small in the frame and the majority is the sky. Please check your histogram. There would be two peaks. The right side of the peak would be due to the sky and this would be at the middle of your histogram. The left peak represents the bird and this left peak would be very close to the left frame ie it would be the shadow area. It would have less data to start with and then pulling up the shadows will cause posterisation and noise.

Nice image. Liked the eye contact and the perch. The insect in the beak is a bonus. Some more space all around would add to the composition.
