Nice image. Good eye contact. Wished for a lower angle. Is it a crop? Some more space on right would be good.

Also, it ought to be a bit brighter. It needed a positive exposure compensation as the sky was in the background.

Sabyasachi if I have to increase the brightness i guess i can do it, but how about the exposure comp? pl advise
