Beautiful bird. I would not crop the frame so tight... Do try to take care of the noise. It is evident due to the big crop

I love those eyes. The head on composition works fine for me. You can see that there is noise in the shadow areas. Noise can be minimised by ensuring the correct exposure. Please check the relevant article at the following link:
