Lovely bird. One of my favourite raptors. I like the sharp eyes. I would have liked a bit more space on the right, the crest feather seems close to the edge. was there a tiny amount of shake in the image? just felt so in the nostril area.

Yes it is a crop. Slight from the right to avoid portions of a dark branch and a bit more from the top. I was in an uncomfortable position and was looking down at the viewfinder, so was not sure about the space at the top. More space at the top as captured in the image would have been fine for a cover with some text on the top, but wont look good online.
