Baby Elephant

[Mrudul Godbole]

I have tried several times to photograph a baby elephant but was unsuccessful to get it clearly or in proper focus. This herd was also very near, so it was difficult to compose to get it clearly without any distractions. In that process the knee of the other elephant got cut :(.

Canon 50D, 100-400mm L IS USM, ISO 400, f5.6, 1/30, hand held

Sweet one. The trunks and the legs of the adults give us a sense of scale. The moving trunk, raised leg gives a sense of motion. The depth of field is adequate.
