The composition is good. The light seems nice too. The branches frame the bird well. There is a loss in image quality due to the crop.

I agree with the previous comments. The white balance is off. That makes the light appear harsh. I would prefer a wider composition as the quality has been impacted a bit. Thanks for sharing.
