Hi Swapnil,
A nice first post.
I like the perch forming a diagonal. placing the bird slightly more to the left would have strengthened the image more. A bit more eye contact would have been nice.

Cute bird. Nice composition. A lower angle would have been good. Was it possible for you to get down for a lower angle and photograph? You tried any more compositions in this? Thanks for sharing.

Good that you see such beauties in your backyard. I agree that a lower angle would have been good. Also, in this case, the bird is looking down. So the eye contact is not ideal. The shutter speed was very less. So you need to keep your camera stable. Please check this tutorial on increasing sharpness in your images.
