Shot this Sambar fawn at Tadoba at a water hole known as 97, funny name:)
The whole group of sambars were present but seemed very nervous and alert due to human presence & also a day before a tiger was hiding near this water hole to hunt sambars that came to quench their thirst.

Hi Praveen,
A nice pose there. Seems you opened the shadows a tad too much. Try working on the levels and this is a fine keeper...

Nice alert pose. I like its ears. :D The composition is good. The ripples in the water is also nice. I agree that you have to tone down the shadows. May be some other time you can catch the tiger chasing the sambr. :-)

Cheers,
Sabyasachi

Nice alert pose. The ripples add to the composition. The look describes all. Thanks for sharing.

Nice timing Praveen. Nervousness is writ large over the face.

Waiting to see your other shots from the Tadoba collection
