Hai,

Am Dr Hari Venkatesh K Rajaraman, basically from Chidambaram,TN, had done my UG degree from Hassan and completed my post graduation in Ayurveda from an Ayurvedic college at Koppa, Chikmagalur District,Karnataka...
my specialisation is in the field of Medicinal Plants(Dravya Guna) and right now working as a Lecturer in Koppa itself...
Iam also the scientist incharge of the Animal house maintained in our institute for the purpose of experimentations..
Also a member of the Animal ethical committee of our institute which regulates the experiments conducted on animals, to avoid unnecessary pain given to animals on experiment. Its controlled by CPCSEA,New Delhi...

Also a member of the Bio-diversity board, Koppa taluk...under which we had documented nearly more than 300 species of Med.plants growing in this region..a Book in Kannada is also released by the same board depicting all features..
busy round the clock:)

i had started fotography as a part of my curriculum in documenting plant species...which is also becoming my passion these daz to capture for more other than plants..

After becoming a member of INDIAWILDS i have learnt a lot(i mean ABCD of photography) with critical guidance from all friends here...
thanks to my Guruji Sabyasachi and Mrudul for having inviting me to join this, and to all my other friends...

Hi Dr Hari,
Its always great to see your compositions and as you have picked up the 'ABCD of photography' the images are still more fun to see. A late but warm welcome to Indiawilds...

Its good to know more about you. Its seems you are involved in lot of activities. We would definitely like to know more from you about plants and animal behaviour. Do take out time and keep sharing your photographs.

Hi Doc,
Good to know more about your multi-faceted personality. As far as wildlife photography is concerned, I like your compositions. The technical part of the photography one can pick up over a period of time. The level of knowledge of most of the people about our plants is near to zero. So your knowledge and photography will help in educating all of us and hopefully that will help in saving some of these species.
