Pelican landing

[Sabyasachi Patra]

This image was created last year in Neelapattu Bird Sanctuary, Andhra Pradesh. Its about a 100 kms from chennai. Yet to go there this year. Processed it and posting it to remind myself to go there. :)
Uppalapadu is far off but one can get pelicans at a much closer distance there than at Neelapattu.

Lovely light and the upwing position of the wings is a plus. I like this image. Had you been a bit more to the right, I believe the angle might have been better.
