my first post - Bird shots.

Dear Friends,
Posting two shots clicked recently.
It is from my 450D with Sigma 70-300 APO DG Macro Lens. I dont expect better result with this lens in 238mm focal length, handheld. it was near about 2p.m. and light was harsh. The Bee eater was 20-22 Feet away from me.

You have pasted the link from flickr so the thumbnail doesnt appear. Please resize the photo to 800 pixels. Then click on the image attachment button and upload the photo from your hard drive, or upload the link from a site. Else, the thumbnail won't appear. Please keep in mind that the image should be less than 200 kb in size and 800 pixels on the longest length.

Nice image. The eye contact is fine. Its good that you could include its tail fully. A smaller image would look better. Look forward to more..
