Nice image. The inclusion of trees is good. Liked the smooth water flow and the patterns on the rocks are nice. I think there is a slight movement, were you hand holding? Thanks for sharing.

I wanted it brighter. I tried sharpening it a bit. 1/6th of second is a long time and the camera needs to be stable. Better to use a mirror lockup as well.

Hi Mridul / Sabyasachi
I was hand holding the cam as i dont have a tripod.
Sabyasachi : I'll try to incorporate mirror lockup from next time when i shoot waterfalls. Need to read up on the mechanism

Subramanya,
If you don't have a tripod, then carry a backpack with you. Place the backpack or camera bag and try to place the camera firmly on it. After that use mirror lockup.
Check this thread.

I hadn’t carried a tripod. I laydown on my belly and placed the camera on the rock. Composed, manually focused and then used mirror lockup. Else, there was no chance of getting a sharp shot.
Cheers,
Sabyasachi

The composition is nice. The repost looks better. Agree that mirror lockup will be the way to go here.
