There were thousands of egrets at the jetty near Gupti in Bhitarkanika NP. Going there for the croc census in a few days. hope to get better images then... Sharing this to show the multitude. I dont feel this is a good image :)

Good idea. The image will look great when thousands are packed into a frame.

Not a bad image :)... The egrets flying diagonally in the frame makes the image interesting. I would have liked more light in the image, though the light doesnt seem good enough for that... There are a few birds flying in a line near the bottom of the frame, high up in the sky. What are those?

The ones you are referring to are Pintails. They were there in quite a few numbers. Not as much as the egrets though. :)
