Nice Sharp image. The background is nice and clean. Liked the eye contact and the composition. You can try to recover the details in the blacks a bit. Wish the small twig in the right was not present.

Ahiraj,
I agree with Mrudul. It is a nice image. There seems to be a bund or high ground in the background and the line passes behind the bird. It is not an irritant, but these are some finer details to be looked at. In these situation, a higher angle for eg. shooting from top of the car roof would be of help. Provided, the bird obliges. :D
