Nice shot. It is sharp with a nicely diffused BG. I feel the compo is a little too tight though, Is this full-frame?
The noise in this image is surprisingly low compared to your bird images with ISO 500. How come?

You need to keep an eye on the ISO :)
The composition looks fine to me. Maybe a bit more space to the left. I would have considered a crop from just where the rump starts.

A vertical would look good as well. If not necessary, then I won't use the ISO 800. However, noise is not much of a problem, lack of shutter speed is. Here, ISO 400 would have been ok, as you would have got a shutter speed of 1/400.
