Pelecanus philippensis.

It was nice to see this fellow taking bath and cleaning itself.

Canon EOS 1D Mark II, Canon EF 400mm f2.8 L IS USM, EF 2xII, ISO 800, f8, full frame image.

Nice. I like the spray. The no of droplets speak of the vigour with which it shook itself. What was the shutter speed? A bit of counter clockwise rotation maybe?

forgot to mention. Shutter speed was 1/4000. I don't think counter clockwise rotation is necessary.
