Nice first post. It would have been great to see the sun just above the horizontal branch. You can consider to crop from the right to avoid the wires on the top right corner. Do post the equipment and eXIF details. Thanks for sharing.

A nice attempt there. A horizontal image would have been great with the tree placed in the rule of thirds position. You could have tried avoiding the transmission wires to enhance the image. I like the tree pattern. Thanks for Sharing.

I agree with the previous comments. A lower angle would have helped in getting the sun below the tree. That would have enhanced the composition. Also, avoiding the power lines, would have been good.
