This is nice. I like the intensity which the image portrays with the light streaks. The sharpness seems a bit low. Did you accidentally upload a file >200kb?
The inclusion of the small cloud on the top right corner is a nice touch. Wish I could see more of it. The Rule of Thirds seems well utilised. Overall, this image appeals to me. Thanks for sharing.
