I think there is a slight tilt. Am I right Praveen?

Nice pose and head turn. Think you can increase the brightness a bit more. Liked the catchlight in the eye. Agree with Mohan about the correcting the tilt. Thanks for sharing.

Correcting the tilt would help. Opening up the shadows would be nice. Thanks for sharing.

Agree with the previous comments. The look back pose is good. correcting the tilt will help. Lowering the colour temperature and opening up the shadows will do wonders to this image. Why ISO 250? It would have been better to move it up to 400. Thanks for sharing.
