Very nice and details have come out good.
Some space at the front would make it a good composition.
The sharpening seems a bit overdone

Clicked at 250mm?
Agree about the over sharpening. The eye contact is good. There is a marked difference in colour between the top and bottom portion of the image. Looks like clicked around mid day.

Lovely bird, I agree with comments made, the light seems is a bit harsh

A nice bird. You might want to relook the post processing as the image doesn't feel natural.

Hi Atul,
This is a lovely bird .. its really very hard to spot them as they seem to camouflague really well on the mud tracks. It is a nice capture but I feel reducing the sharpness would add more feel to the image..
your pictures are always good and I enjoy your tiger shots a great deal.
