Hi All,

This is one from my Ranganathittu Visit in Jan. The location was amazing and i have tried my best on the composition. The below image is a full frame - yes i would have desired more space on the left, it was a bright day and hence tried my luck on F11.

This is a nice scene. Agree with you about more space on the left. The whites on the backs are blown. You can try and recover them. Thanks for sharing.

Nice compisition, however as mentioned by Bibhav the whites on the back have blown, this typical problem at R'thittu.

Nice composition. its nice you got them both looking in the same direction. The perch is good.

After clicking, you can check the histogram for any highlights specifically when the light is a bit harsh. Then giving a -ve exposure compensation would have helped to control the whites. You can try to recover the highlights in post processing.

Thanks for sharing.

The image seems a bit cluttered. Also, I'm curious as to why you were shooting at ISO 1000 on a bright day. You need to underexpose for the whites.
