Biggest Moon of 2010

January 31st night's full Moon was the biggest (+14%) and brightest (+30%) full Moon of 2010. Here is a shot of the same from the Elliots Beach at Chennai on a clear cloudless night.

40D, Sigma APO 150-500, 2X, F 13, 1/800, ISO 1600.

The moon looks good. Good use of long focal length. May be someday I will also try using long focal lengths to check the details.
