Photographed this at Ranganathittu last week. It is a bit difficult to photograph from the boat, but tried my best :).

Canon 50D, 100-400mm L IS USM, 1/250, f6.3, ISO 200, hand held and Full frame.

Comments and critiques welcome.

This is a nice image. I like the falling water drops. Wish you had got a better shutter speed to freeze them. The details in the whites are nice. Perhaps a small negative EC might have been better. Thanks for sharing. :)

Lovely image. I like the water droplets. A higher shutter speed like 1/1000 would have frozen those. However in this case the number of droplets being less, the relatively lower shutter speed has ensured that the droplets appear enlarged and blurred. Like it. Looks like holding a globe in the beak. Eye contact is fine. Thanks for sharing.

Cheers,

Lovely shot. Nice pose and eye contact. I would have liked the image to be a little more spacious.
