I like the composition. Sad you had low light... I think the focus is on the body and twigs than on the eye. The tough of green at the bottom is nice. Overall, I like this. Thanks for sharing. :)

Nice sighting. Liked the head turn and the eye contact. Seems it turned to look at you :). Wish the focus was on the eye. Due to the dense bushes in the front, the foucs point was locked on one of the branches. You can just check the AF point in Zoom Browser.

In ideal situation, it is good to do manual focussing, but naturally you didnt have time in this situation :(. Were you able to get any more images? Thanks for sharing.

Nice pose. The Mark IV in this situation would have been ideal. I have shot through vegetation, and it holds focus like no other camera. The only problem is I don't know when I will go and see these beauties. :001_unsure:
