Wow... Lovely mood portrayed in this image. The reflection is nice. The reeds on the left balance the image well. Wishful Thinking but wish that the reeds were in the focus zone too... Overall I like this image a lot. The darks have details too. Very well exposed. Any exposure compensation?

Beautiful composition. I liked the mood of the image. I prefer the reeds being out of focus, so the bird attracts more attention. The reflection of the bird and the reeds makes the image more interesting. Nice light. Thanks for sharing.

I dialled in an exposure compensation of +1 EV to get some details in the bird. I was shooting against the light. I had the option of creating a silhoutte but chose to throw some light on the bird.
