The composition is nice. The blurred background creates a feeling of motion. 1/320 shutter speed is low to get sharp images and high to get a complete panning feel for this species. Thanks for sharing.

Agree with Sabyasachi about the shutter speed, but still a good image. I like the details on the duck. If this is a crop, I feel placing the duck closer to the lower left corner will work better.
