Lovely image. I liked the eye contact and the composition. The catchlight is nice. Did you visit Hasserghatta lately, had heard the sighting had gone down?

Bibhav - I was in my car whie shooting this

Mrudul - no birding trips off late due to work pressure, only planed for Ranthambore from 13th March for a week

Sabyasachi - The black color is not of fire but murky water, the water levels have drastically gone down at Hessarghatta
