The yellow eye is a diagnostic of the Oriental Honey Buzzard female.

I like the composition and the eye contact. It is always tough when portions of the sky is visible through the foliage, as they are often distracting. However, in this case the highlights are controlled. The shutter speed was low. Else, I would have suggested a further narrow aperture. Overall, looks good.
