Nice colours. I liked the composition. The green background looks good. I think the whites on the butterfly have lost details, you can try to recover them in post processing. You can refer to the link below to know more about highlights and how to recover them in post processing -

Nice compo. Lovely clean BG. Nice details. Some more depth of field would have been better, but not sure whether you were in a position to sacrifice shutter speed. Even at EV -1/2, some of the whites appear blown to me. Do try to recover the whites.
Sorry, can't identify this one. Looks like one from the Swallowtail (Papilionidae) family.
Thanks for sharing.
Looks like butterflies make great subjects for the 55-250. :) Look forward to more.

Beautiful Photograph. It is the Commander (Moduza procris) butterfly underside.

I agree with the comments. Without the leaf just behind the butterfly, it would have been great.

Cheers,

This looks like a commander butterfly. Wish the leaf behind the butterfly were absent. Agree about the highlights. Thanks for sharing.

Once the subject is identified, I suggest to change the title to some meaningful name. :001_smile:
