Tree Pie - Close up!

We were near a small lake and watching birds, suddenly this Tree Pie landed on our jeep. I had to immediately change my lens to wide angle 17-85mm and shoot this.

That is close :). Sharp. Nice details and eye contact. There is the hint of legs, you could have included the legs in full, or composed excluding them. I think the focal length was 80mm (checked the EXIF) :).

I like the eye contact. Raising the camera slightly upwards would have helped.

The rufous treepies in ranthambhore are accustomed to human presence as they are regularly fed by the guides and tourists. I have seen them picking up bread crumbs from the hands of the guides.
