I like the wingspread. It is facing slightly away from you, so the eye contact is not optimum. Is this a big crop? More details in the neck and head area would have been good. Please share the shutter speed, aperture, ISO, focal length, so that we can critique better.

The wing spread is nice. I guess you opened up the shadows a bit as the back seems a bit washed out. I would increase the sharpness a bit more. Thanks for sharing.

Agree with Bibhav, generally don't fiddle with shadows :)

No Sabyasachi, not a big crop, probably 20% .
