The flight pose is nice. I like the downwing position. Would like to see more details in the bird. Thanks for sharing.

The pose is nice. So is eye contact. Seems to be a big crop and hence the lack of details. Pixelation has happened due to the crop and the sharpening halos are visible. Keep on trying. You will get something closer and in better light, so that you can use a higher shutter speed. 1/250 is not sufficient to freeze them in flight. Thanks for sharing.
