Love the framing. Sweet bird. Love the nice yellow colours in this bird. The background is nicely diffused. The head turn is nice. You have tried to get the tail and eye both in focus. F8 has given you depth of field which is nearly there. I think a slightly more narrow aperture would have been even better. However, you were already at 1/200th of second and handholding. So higher ISO plus a slightly narrow aperture would have been even better.
