Fast Asleep!

Shot this huge male at Ranthambhore last month, The location is called "Adhi Dant" in Zone 4. We were on a hill top when we spotted this Tiger, he was fast asleep in shade and near small water hole. Later 2 more gypsy's arrived and the Tiger was awake. To our luck the tiger climbed up the steep hill in just 3 minutes and made its appearance right front our jeep.

It seems it is enjoying its siesta :). Thinking placing the tiger more to right and including the trees on the left would have given more feel of its habitat. Look forward to more in this series.

Nice image showing its habitat. Composing it better with the tiger in the rule of thirds location would be better. Thanks for sharing.

The space gives an idea that it is sleeping in the open. May be more wider to include some trees would have been good.
