The stare is nice. I like the details on the body. In my opinion the space on the left doesn't add much to the composition. I would crop a bit from the bottom to remove the hint of the hind legs. Thanks for sharing.

Like the sharpness, and the rim lighting. The ears are looking translucent. A vertical would have been nice as well. I like the details in the image. The f8 aperture has ensured good depth of field and the habitat has come out well.
