This guy is a regular companion on my morning walks to a small hill near my place.

Nice eye contact. The low angle is good. The light is a bit harsh. Would like a bit more space below. Thanks for sharing.

That's great. Yellow wattled lapwing during morning walk sounds music to my ears. Reducing the colour temperature will strengthen the image.

HI,
nice shot. Light is bit harsh and best angle to shoot these guys is ground level. lay flat on ground on your belly :). subject is awkwardly position in the frame. For this to work, you need more head turn towards you.

Agree that the light is harsh. Some more head turn towards you would be great. I suppose you can keep trying to photograph this one in various poses and angles.:)

Lovely bird, light seems to a bit harsh, low angle would have been better
