I downloaded and played with the image and found out a few things which I felt were intriguing.

1. The position of the sun (the catchlight in the eye) and the angle of incidence of the sunlight on the bird don't seem to be in coherence with each other suggesting a cut of the head from another image.

2. The edge profile of the head and that of the body are different. The edge profile near the head is abrupt and suggests again a cut from an image. Also one can see a wave ripple shaped pattern near the neck which looks like a cut paste of the head.

3. The background smoothness and the pattern suggests a blurring of the background.

4. Cloning artefacts are visible near the bottom of the image (set as inset and blown up in size)

The rules of the forum mention that such modifications should be outlined clearly in the post. That will help people learn better from this forum and aid better critiquing. :)
