Posting a stone chat male. Taken at Pune outskirts in Jan. Canon 7D, 300/f4 IS + 1.4 tc @ f6.3 +2/3 ev iso 400, HH. Marginal crop from all sides.

Beautiful bird. The clean background and the perch adds to the image. The eye contact is nice. Since it is a crop, you could have left a little more space on the right than on the left. Thanks for sharing.
