The low angle is nice here. It would have been better if the bird had turned more towards you. The bright rock at the top right is a bit distracting. Thanks for sharing.

Nice to get it on the ground. The details and the eye contact is nice. Was it photographed later in the day, the light seems a bit harsh. Did you get any more photographs with it more parallel to the sensor? Thanks for sharing.

Wish you could have moved slightly to the right to get a better eye contact. Try lying flat on your belly, the results would be good.
