The composition is nice. You have used the wavy branch very well to compose the image. The background is nicely diffused. You are getting better and better. ;) I can see the 500mm coming soon.

The head turn and the eye contact is good. The perch and the clean background strengthens the composition further. The branch is slightly over-exposed at one place, but I understand the lighting was difficult. Nicely captured.

Very well composed, the burnt out patch leading to loss of details on a part of the branch seems like bad lighting conditions, probably you could have under exposed a bit.
