A tree top house (Machan) was found near the border of Periyar Tiger Reserve in Vellimalai, Tamil Nadu.

From the tree house title, I was under the impression that it was a tourist cottage or something. You have got some deep shadows. Fortunately, there is a some light on the machan. I am not sure how much lighted this place would be early in the morning. I think a vertical would have looked brought more focus on the machan. I would like to see a wider perspective as well. Thanks for sharing.

Seems hardly anybody is using it. I liked the composition. A vertical would also look good with the 'V' of the tree trunk. Thanks for sharing.

Nicely erected machan.

Should be ideal for sloth bears to have a pleasant night stay....

I always exercise immense case when entering the watch towers. Cannot afford to disturb the slumber of sloth bears.
