This image is created at BR Hills on Saturday the 22nd May'10. The mother and the calf were quite close to us on a hillock, it was a wonderful moment to watch and photograph the calf who has tiny tusks.

Cute fellow :). The details and the habitat is nice. A bit more space on the left would strengthen the composition further. Thanks for sharing.

Nice one. Some more space at the bottom would have strengthened the image. Light seems to be very low. I am sure you had a great time watching the mom and calf. Thanks for sharing.

While photographing with 100-400mm lens, if one uses the right techniques, then it is possible to get sharp images at even quite low shutter speed. With more heavier lenses, a tripod is needed.

Some more space at the bottom and left would have been better. I like the stick just in front of the trunk framing the elephant. Thanks for sharing.
