Different composition. The eye contact and the details are nice. The shutter speed is too low (1/4?). Where was this photographed?

Nice details and eye contact. Unusual composition. Photographing it with the head parallel to the sensor would have been better. Nice clean BG. The colour temperature looks a bit too high to me.
TFS.

Thank You Mrudul & Abishek...it was photographed in a room. it was below the roof of asbestos. . it was looking for a way to move outside. . .agree about the colour temperature. . .there was low light inside & had to increase the ISO & Ev

Some more space at the bottom would have been better. Since most of the body is out of focus, it should not occupy major part of the frame. The scales have come out well. The colour of the snake has become very different. White balance needs to be worked on. Thanks for sharing.

Cheers,

I agree about the white balance. The eye looks good. Thanks for sharing.

Hari the image is nice especially the head and the eye contact. Agree about the temp that is high. This snake can be named as Golden Snake;)
Did someone rescue at the end?

Lovely, am happy someone is interested in capturing my fav reptiles.
A very nice shot, like the composition, but a bit more space in front its head would be nice to see, agree about the WB
