Dhole

This image was created in Bandipur. Both the male and female sat on the road for a quite sometime. It was late in the evening and the light was bad.

Canon 50D, 100-400mm L IS USM, 1/20, f7.1, ISO 400, hand held, full frame.

I like the composition. The image is sharp. The out of focus foliage at the bottom grabs a bit of attention but not too much. The greens in the background are a plus.

Nicely done in the conditions. There is a stalk visible just behind the dhole's hindquarters, which is a bit distracting. I like the eye contact and the open mouth. TFS.

Less space at the back would have strengthened the image. Sharpness is good despite the 1/20 shutter speed.

Nice image Mrudul, you have done very well despite of low shutter speed. I like the eye contact. It is a male Bibhav:laugh:, one can easily get confused looking at the belly.
