The perch and light are nice. I agree with Mrudul about the noise. The noise patterns suggest oversharpening to me. Can someone confirm? Thanks for sharing.

The eye contact is fine. The cropped composition is ok, may be a bit more space at the bottom will look better. The bird stands out due to the predominantly black colour scheme. Is it a big crop? There are sharpening artifacts visible. I don't find ISO information. Without knowing how big a crop this is, the ISO used, whether the exposure was pulled up during post processing etc, it is hard to suggest improvements.
