Yes it looks like a Drongo. The perch and the eye contact is nice. An off centred composition would have strengthened the image further. There is noise in the background, how big crop is this? Thanks for sharing,

A positive exposure compensation would have been better here. Please check this tutorial.

The perch is nice. I agree that it is a Black Drongo. There seems to be a fall in the details due to a possible crop. Thanks for sharing.

I often find these types of shots are better using manual exposure. It is not so difficult to do and you can then accurately expose for the subject instead of allowing the camera to guess based on the overall scene.
Black subjects are very difficult to expose correctly and although this is not a bad job, the eye doesn't really grab you. A slightly different position on your part would help to add a glint to the eye and allow some detail into the feathers.
The composition is good, perhaps a little more room above and to the right would help.

Oh, yeah - Drongo!
