Looks nice, shame the eye is not as sharp as the plumage. I like the soft background, it really helps to isolate the subject.
As Bibhav said, if the head was turned slightly towards you, it would add to the shot. Babblers usually shout at humans when sat on a branch like this, and the head turn would give the impression of that behaviour. Get one with a slightly open beak as well and it would turn a very good shot into a real killer.
