The raised paw looks good. You could have increased the ISO further to get a higher shutter speed. It is good that you got the eyes in clear. Some information on how you clicked the image would have been helpful. Did you handhold or used a beanbag or monopod for support? Was the engine running when you clicked?

Is this a full frame image or did you crop it? Open the image in Zoombrowser or DPP (Digital Photo professional that would have come with the camera) and checke where the focus point was.

The shutter speed of 1/125 is low to capture an image of an animal moving towards you. A higher ISO would have given you a great shutter speed and would have helped.
