Lovely image Bibhav, this is juv Painted Stork. Agree about the head turn, looks like this perch is used by some 100's of storks;).
Did you find another storks or they have all migrated?

The Painted Juvi's were there. Found a few adults. Openbills as well. Couldn't see spoonbills.
There were a lot of juvenile Painted Storks around.
